NEWS FROM THE BOARD

The Board meets on a monthly basis.  Our scheduled meeting for next
month is May 11th.  As always, the meetings are open to all members.  Please feel free to attend.

Thank you to all of you who paid your dues in a timely manner!  As we have discussed during the last several meetings, we will be following the Association By-laws as it relates to billing and collection of dues.  There will be NO exceptions.  Penalties will be assessed to those who have not paid by the due date and liens will be filed.  Please see the Association By-laws posted on the website if you have any questions.  Bills were mailed out December 1st to all residents.

Angie Hoffman has taken over as Clubhouse Manager.  She will be responsible for coordinating all Clubhouse rentals.  If you have a date currently reserved, please work with Angie going forward.  She can be reached via e-mail at mrs_angie_hoffman@yahoo.com or by phone at 205-1836, 697-1172.  If you would like to reserve the Clubhouse for an event, please contact Angie.

The Board meets on the second Monday of every month.  Our next scheduled meeting is March 9th at 7:00pm at the Clubhouse.  As always, the meetings are open to all members.  Please feel free to attend!

8/23 Ladies Day @ Pool 9am-2pm   This coincides with the kids going back to school and no kids will be allowed in the pool area while this function is going on; it is really about the ladies not having kids at home since they are back in school.  The Ladies Day will include the following: Breakfast, Complete pampering for 5 hours, Massage Therapy, Male Waiters, Refreshments
