Dues & Fees
Annual Dues
$500.00 per year due January 31
Members in Good Standing
Members delinquent on payment of Dues will not have access to Clubhouse, Pool, or any common facilities. Please note any clubhouse rental will be canceled for non-payment. If a member rents the clubhouse and subsequently becomes delinquent, their clubhouse deposit will be retained as payment of delinquent dues.
Status Letter: If you are in need of a status letter. Please send an e-mail to our Treasurer at info@fosterspointe.com.
Trash Information
- $245.00 per year due July 1
- Pick up day is Tuesday morning
- If your bin is damaged, please request a new bin by emailing or have questions info@fosterspointe.com
- Please include your address and which bin is damaged
- Current provider is CSI/Republic
- Trash is to be put out no more than 24 hours prior to pickup
- Dues cover 90-gallon trash container and 50-gallon recycling bin provided by CSI
- Can be put away no more than 24 hours after pickup
