Pool Key Instructions

The FP Homeowner mails their $30 check or money order, made payable to Fosters Pointe HOA, to:

The FP Homeowner submits the “Need a Pool Key” form with their name, address, and phone number, so we can contact them after the good-standing verification completes and the payment is successfully processed. The FP Homeowner will receive a copy of the email.

If the FP Homeowner’s check is canceled or returned for insufficient funds, a $25 fee will be imposed, the the FP Homeowner will be removed from good standing, and notified via text. No pool key will be transferred.

Else, a FP HOA Board Member verifies the FP Homeowner’s good standing.

• • If the FP Homeowner is NOT in good standing, their payment will be returned via US mail and they will be notified via text. No pool key will be transferred.
  • Else if the FP Homeowner is in good standing and their payment was successfully processed, a FP HOA Board Member will text the FP Homeowner to schedule a date / time to transfer the pool key.
